Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and containers using proper lifting techniques
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety compliance
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized warehouse space following 5S principles
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
