Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and containers using manual and powered equipment
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling machinery safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
