Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and containers using manual and electric pallet jacks
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas per safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (after training) including conveyor systems
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
