Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through RF scanning systems and digital tracking
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to warehouse management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Support shipping/receiving operations and assist with order fulfillment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with RF scanning devices and basic warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
