Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and freight containers efficiently and safely, ensuring all items are secured.
- Verify shipment contents against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory organization, stock rotation, and labeling.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly over the course of a shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read and interpret documents (picking lists, labels).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks) and perform physical labor.
