Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual lifting techniques
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized inventory in designated warehouse zones using RF scanners
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred but not required)
- Prepare and ship customer orders with precision and timeliness
- Participate in regular warehouse audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years of age
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
