Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to picking tickets using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with receiving and stocking as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Ave, Riverside
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
