Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and customer specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized and clean work areas to ensure operational efficiency
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to our Riverside facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
