Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, order carts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with warehouse management system
- Collaborate with packers and shipping teams to maintain workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and participate in 5S initiatives
- Adhere to quality control standards and report inventory discrepancies
- Support seasonal peak operations during high-demand periods
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
