Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform cycle counts as directed
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely
- Inspect goods for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly warehouse workspaces
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order processing
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to the 789 Industrial Park Drive location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Valid government-issued photo ID (background check not required)
