Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on digital pick tickets.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and package them securely using appropriate materials.
- Utilize handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Label packages correctly for timely shipping.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
