Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and package merchandise based on pick tickets to ensure order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage before packing and ensure proper labeling.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when reading pick lists and handling products.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with numbers for counting and inventory checks.
- Forklift Certification: (Preferred but not required).
