Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to accurately verify inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to prevent accidents.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose facility.
