Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow processes for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics team on shipping/receiving schedules
- Prepare daily performance reports and operational metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, SAP)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record
