- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce costs
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and familiarity with WMS systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license
