- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate part-time staff through training, scheduling, and performance feedback
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Collaborate with transportation team for seamless dock operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training required
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
