Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 warehouse staff during assigned shifts, ensuring task completion and quality standards
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient receiving, picking, and shipping processes
- Train and mentor new employees on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., WMS)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
