Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight from trucks, ensuring proper handling and placement on pallets.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet strict shipping deadlines.
- Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly.
- Track inventory and assist with cycle counts as required.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
