Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on safety protocols, equipment operation, and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Prepare daily reports on productivity, inventory, and operational metrics
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely shipping and receiving schedules
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
- Forklift certification required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
