Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise part-time staff on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure OSHA compliance and implement continuous safety improvements
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency

Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and inventory control

- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
