Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse floor to maintain a clutter-free and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
