Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 warehouse staff during daily operations and peak seasons
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Coordinate receiving, inventory control, and shipping processes
- Train staff on equipment operation and standard procedures
- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Generate performance reports and maintain compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
