Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols, equipment handling, and inventory management
- Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements to meet productivity targets
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Manage inventory control procedures including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for operational metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
