Responsibilities
- Lead 3-5 team members in daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodology
- Optimize inventory management systems using WMS software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite)
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and coordinate preventative maintenance
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Train staff on SOPs and quality control standards
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with transportation and inventory teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency with WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Associates degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
