- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Resolve operational issues and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong knowledge of WMS inventory management systems
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
