Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized and clean work areas according to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
