Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead a team of 5-7 warehouse associates with clear delegation and performance guidance
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and systematic reconciliation processes
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in part-time role
- Must pass background check and drug screening
