Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping operations
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper procedures and equipment operation
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts for accuracy
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet daily productivity targets
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse activities and incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
