Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor part-time staff to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with purchasing team
- Implement and maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and workflow
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate accurate inventory reports and operational analytics
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
