- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train and manage part-time staff to maintain high productivity standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Conduct inventory audits and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless transportation scheduling
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
