Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control in -10°F to 45°F environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated zones
- Execute inventory audits using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with distribution teams
- Implement OSHA safety protocols in cold environments
Qualifications
- 1+ year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic inventory management/WMS system proficiency
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
