Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and shipping activities
- Train and supervise part-time staff on safety protocols and productivity standards
- Implement efficient inventory control systems using WMS technology
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing teams
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency

Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and RF scanners
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Valid California Driver's License and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
