Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement cycle counting systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize efficiency and minimize errors
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and operational readiness
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience preferred
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Forklift certification required
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
