Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare daily reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse machinery safely.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
