Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 warehouse staff during shifts, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols, conducting daily inspections
- Coordinate inventory management using WMS systems, including cycle counts
- Train new hires on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and procedures
- Optimize workflow to reduce processing time and minimize errors
- Collaborate with logistics team on shipping/receiving schedules
- Prepare daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory reconciliation skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
