Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ team members including hiring, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory control systems and implement cycle count procedures
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency using provided equipment
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with receiving, shipping, and quality teams
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
- Handle equipment maintenance scheduling through our vendor partnerships
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with JIT inventory management systems
