- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff during shifts, ensuring efficient task execution

- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics including inventory tracking and quality control
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum productivity
- Train new team members on equipment operation and company procedures
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and equipment maintenance

Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
