- Manage inventory control systems using WMS software to prevent discrepancies
- Optimize workflow processes to reduce operational bottlenecks
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse supervision experience required
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift operation certification preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
