Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 team members during shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate receiving, putaway, and order fulfillment operations
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and safety standards
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work evenings/weekends with flexible availability
- Basic math and computer literacy (MS Office)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
