Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and mentor staff on safety protocols, equipment operation, and best practices
- Conduct inventory audits and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Manage workflow allocation to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges to senior management
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, incidents, and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Strong proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
