Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and train warehouse staff on safety protocols, equipment operation, and productivity standards
- Optimize workflow processes to meet productivity targets while maintaining quality control
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards to maintain accident-free operations
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely loading/unloading of shipments
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and direct diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
