Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Train and mentor warehouse associates on proper equipment usage and procedures
- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies through cycle counts
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet daily productivity targets
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with procurement, sales, and transportation teams
- Prepare daily shift reports and operational performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent leadership abilities with team development focus
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
