Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing and tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
