Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and scanners
- Verify product accuracy and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
