Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Flexible schedule availability including occasional weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
