As a Picker Packer, you’ll be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring accurate order fulfillment while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect and sort incoming/outbound inventory for quality control
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savviness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
