Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders according to digital pick tickets using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Verify product accuracy through barcode scanning and quality control checks
- Maintain inventory records and participate in cycle counts
- Organize and stage completed shipments for carrier pickup
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Team-oriented attitude with reliable attendance
