Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and report defects to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic math skills for order verification
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Way facility
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
