Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before shipment
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory in designated zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid California driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
