Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack fresh produce orders according to digital manifests
- Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems with precision
- Maintain FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory rotation protocols
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize picking routes
- Adhere to HACCP and food safety standards
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanners
- Valid CA driver's license preferred (not required)
- Attention to detail with proven accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak harvest seasons
